Dan Tuşaliu leads the Financial Services and X-Industry Business Unit in iQuest. Aside from driving the business and organizational development of this unit, Dan is also responsible for managing and developing the sales community across all business units in iQuest.
Dan joined iQuest in 2013 and has held positions of increased responsibility as General Manager or Site Manager for the iQuest Craiova Office and as Client Executive for Global Corporations. He has in-depth knowledge of IT services and solutions, with over 15 years of practical experience in the software industry, working in roles such as Business Development Director and Chief Marketing Officer. He has a degree in Software Engineering and a master's degree in Distributed Systems Engineering, both from the University of Craiova. He also worked at the University of Craiova for over 10 years as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Computer Science.

Marius Pâtea joined iQuest in 2002 and is leading three important units in the company.
As the head of the Transportation & Retail Business Unit, he is responsible for overseeing the business development and service delivery of this unit, while also using his strategic expertise in software products to further grow one of the iQuest portfolio units focused on Workibo, an iQuest product for workspace productivity. His third role is Head of Finance, where he coordinates the financial strategy and corporate governance processes, to ensure a sustainable performance of the company.
Marius has over 17 years' experience in delivering complex IT projects from technical and managerial positions. Before taking over these top management roles, he held senior leadership positions at iQuest, including Head of C++ Solutions and Head of the Telecom Business Unit.

Claudiu Anghel has taken over the role of Head of Delivery in 2019. In this role, he is responsible for driving the technology strategy of the company, growing the community of software engineers, as well as ensuring the high quality of delivery.
Claudiu has been part of the iQuest team since 2002 and has over 18 years of experience in addition to a strong software engineering background. Prior to his role as Head of Delivery, Claudiu held several leadership positions in the company, including General Manager of People, Head of Java Solutions Practice and Project Manager, managing large teams in delivering software solutions for the airline and railway industries.

László Nagy has taken over the role of Head of Infrastructure in 2019. In this role, he is responsible for providing the adequate physical, digital and process environment that supports the value creation activity of the business.
László joined iQuest in 2003 and has over 21 years of experience in software engineering and computer networks, having run complex technical projects and held managerial positions across iQuest and previous software companies. László is one of the founders of the Brașov branch and prior to his role as Head of Infrastructure, he held several leadership positions in the company, including that of General Manager of Data, Project Manager, Information Security Officer, and Business Support Systems Manager.
László holds a Mechanical Engineering degree from the Transilvania University of Brașov and graduated the Executive MBA (Bucharest) program of WU Wien.
